2. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed due to a DMCA notice, you may send us a counter-notification including:
- Your signature.
- Identification of the removed material and its original location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction in the applicable legal region.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content if the original complainant does not file a court action within a reasonable period.
3. Repeat Infringers
We may terminate user accounts that are subject to repeat or blatant copyright complaints.
